1. Use of the App

By accessing or using Inlyth, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our app strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the app responsibly and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. AI-Generated Content

Inlyth utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to generate programmatic responses. You acknowledge that all companion responses are programmatically generated for entertainment and companionship purposes only. The AI is not a human, and its advice, statements, or opinions should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or professional decisions.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Inlyth may require a premium subscription. Payments are handled entirely through the respective App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations must be managed through your App Store account settings.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the app. You are solely responsible for your content. You agree not to use the app to generate or promote hate speech, illegal acts, severe harm, or content that infringes on others' rights.

6. Data and Conversations

Your conversations are stored securely to maintain context and relationship history with the AI. We strictly enforce that your personal conversation data is never used as training data for our base language models.

7. Availability

We continuously update our offerings and may experience delays in updating information. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Inlyth, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
